Security

The server only introduces; it doesn't hear the conversation.

The FaberDesk signaling service connects two devices and manages connection requests. Screen video, control data, and file contents never pass through this service.

Never passes through the server

  • Screen video stream
  • Mouse and keyboard control data
  • Content of transferred files

Passes through the server, protected

  • Connection request — forwarded only when the target device accepts
  • TURN access credentials — device-specific, invalid after 10 minutes
  • Session token — 10-minute lifetime, valid only for the registered device
We are in active development.
